Acorn And Blackberry, Sr.

Acorn, one of Tiptoplops most elder does, passes of natural causes on Saturday---april 20. She was the last of Blackberry and Snowflake's original brood. The eldest Tiptoplop mini-lop is Goober, who was either from Great is the Lord's brood, or Timber's.

The remaining rabbits include a young black buck named Whitepaw, and the Flemish Giant clan, led by patriarch Lowenbrau, his harem of does: Silky, Sally and Felicity.

Blackberry Jr. is a houserabbit----his siblings, Frosty, and Mulberry are all mature lops, mothered by Mortimerz!

Dolly Passes Away

Today Tiptoplops lost one of the senior rabbits---one of the sisters---who were born to Blackberry and Snowflake bitd (back in the day). Of the original pair and six kids only Acorn remains. She will most likely bond with Silky now that Dolly's gone. Click below for fascinating video!

These does and two other from Lowenbrau have found a new home. A black lop buck also moved. May they be well in their new farm!

Goodbye Sox

Today Sox passed away after a prolonged illness. She lived much longer than the veterinarian thought she would--but alas she is gone all the same. All that I can say is that I miss her terribly, she was the most endearing rabbit and even for a dwarf very small. Small yet courageous. I think she had a good life here at Tiptoplops. Although she never had a litter, she acted as a surrogate to Mortimer and Cocoa Puff. She bonded with Magnus. Her original home was New Jersey and I will have to consult my logs to see when she was adopted. Such a beautiful little rabbit.
